This 3-pack comes with all of our 2023 Ostara releases, each made with a base of apples and golden plums, and cold steeped with wildflowers.

Better than a bouquet, the bottles make for pretty nice vases too.

Ostara Lilac: By far our most popular of our Ostara series, this bottle is made from lilacs we foraged in the spring. It's like lilac soda, with a punchy lilac nose, crisp plum acidity and soft stemmy tannins. 6.3% ABV

Ostara Chamomile: Made with chamomile flowers that we grew organically (the only in this series that we didn't pick wild). We harvested these flowers on blossom at a time, over the course of the summer (or 2023). It's lightly floral with notes of tonka bean, amaretto, white cherry and peach pits. Ostara Chamomile is soft flower power + spritzy plum acid. 6.3% ABV

Ostara Dandelion: Made from dandelions we foraged on our friends organic farms: Zippy fruit acids are tempered by the subtle sweetness and texture imparted by the pollen. You'll find an herbal depth that balances the plum acids and perceptual sweetness from the flowers. 6.3% ABV

Each bottle is 750mL.

Each is gluten free and vegan with zero residual sugar.
