Nimbus is a cider fermented and aged on Golden Plums for 7 months. 20% of the blend is skin contact Gewürztraminer aged on crabapple skins.
What's it like? Nimbus is taut acid and melted freezies. Undiscovered tropical fruits, somewhere between lemons and pineapples. Extended time on lees has given it a silky creaminess.
