A still, barrel fermented Riesling from 2021, fermented on skins for 15 days. Pressed and left to continue fermenting in a single oak puncheon. Aged in glass 1 year before release.

Sustainably grown in Beamsville ON, from vines planted in 1999.

What's it like? It's like eating peaches on a secret beach. Tannic structure lifts the fruit and crushed basil notes in a beautiful way.

9.6% ABV | 750mL

Delicious

Maybe my favourite wine ever? If you enjoy orange wine and/or skin contact wine I’m sure you’ll love this. So easy to drink and refreshing, not overly dry, but not overly sweet either. Will be buying more for sure.

I recommend this product
