The Gluggable and the Sour Boi
Terra is quite simply one of the best canned cider I've had (had me quite a few of those, too), usually not the biggest pear fan but in this proportion it brings just the right amount of texture and (very subtle) sweetness to complement the aroma profile. Wouldn't want it in any smaller of a format, tall boi is just perfect for this highly drinkable can o' sunshine.
So Much For Subtlety bears its name with aplomb. Definitely less of a crowd pleaser than the Terra, but ultimately the cider nerd's delight. The inclusion of plums always (in my experience) brings a veryyyy sharp acidity that one has to acquire a palate for, but hey, all the best things in life are acquired tastes, aren't they. The sour beer crowd is gonna go crazy over this one too. Just love the red fruit aroma party that goes on in the glass, complemented by a good kick of funk to complexify the experience.
So yeah, genius stuff, I'm blowing through my stash so much faster than I intended to...
