Today, The Essentials Pack includes these 3 bottles:
Whimsy: Whimsy smells like strawberries and pear skins. Cherrys lay under our perception, peeking from behind the other fruits. Gentle acids, and the natural sweetness of the pears keep us coming back for more. 5.7% ABV
Soif: A juicy glugger made with Montmorency cherries, Zweigelt grape, and strawberries. Strawberry aromas trick you into thinking it's sweet, but it's not, once you taste it cherry + Zweigelt tannins dry everything right out. Soif is summer fruit, perfectly preserved. 6.1% ABV
Oud Blanc: A cider blended with Bartlett perry, and skin contact Riesling. Oud Blanc smells like sultanas and pink peppercorns, with underlying notes of peach and pineapple zest.
It has a distinct perceptual sweetness, like a perfectly ripe pear. Tannins from the Riesling skins are present, but not over the top; they counterbalance the perceived sweetness with a little kiss on the finish. 7.2% ABV
Each bottle is 750mL, gluten free and vegan with zero residual sugar.
