Spirit of the Woods is a cider made with gin botanicals, foraged and organically farmed. 

What's it like?: Spirit is herbal in all the best ways. The aroma is floral and lemony, with undertones of juniper and pine. Lemon carries through in the flavour, with clove and juniper berries to flesh it all out. It's tart and has all of the flavour of a beautiful dry gin, without the bitterness.

We think this iteration is our best yet. Can conditioned.
