This pack features 3 unique carbonic ciders—two made from apples from 19th century England, and one made from the elusive Quince.

You'll get 6 bottles total: 3 different ciders, 2 bottles each. All 750mL.

Each of these bottles include a unique look at the process of carbonic maceration - a process where fermentation starts without yeast, making one-of-a-kind ciders with a vivid fruitiness, plush body and juicy aroma.

Carbonic Maceration 

Each of them are lively and absurdly tasty. This pack includes:

• 2 bottles of our first ever Quince ferment. Quince are known for tasting like vanilla, apples and citrus, and you'll find all of those here. But it takes me right back to chugging guava juice as a kid (growing up in an Indian household). Quince feels truly special—like something tropical hanging out in a temperate environment.
  
• 2 bottles of a single varietal Kingston Black. It's the most famous variety amongst cider makers, thought to be a perfectly balanced apple. The cider smells like dried apples and plush rosehips, with grassy tannins and orange pith in the flavour.
  
  
• 2 bottles of single varietal Chisel Jersey. This is the first time we've put this tannic varietal through carbonic maceration, and it's made us question doing it any other way. Chisel Jersey is all orange creamsicles, apricots and ripe peaches, with just enough tannin to bring it all together.

Carbonic Quince will not get an official release beyond this pack.
