Crush is one of the tastiest things we've made to date.
Cider, Perry, Red Plums and Maréchal Foch skins. It looks and drinks like pink grapefruit lemonade. Unfermentable pear sugars gives us just enough residual sweetness to balance the citric-like acid.
We bottled this almost two months ago, letting it slowly bottle condition to be ready in time for summer. It may not be 'officially' summer yet but it sure feels like it.
Crush pairs well with halloumi, A/C-less nights and outside everything.
