Most people just look at flowers. We drink them.

Dew is cider with cherries, organic violets and foraged cherry blossoms.

Aged in a single barrel, it's a very tiny release.

To make Dew we foraged cherry blossoms in the spring of 2022, and added them directly to a single barrel of cherry cider. Then we planted violets and hand picked them every week of the summer, slowly adding them to the barrel with each new bloom.

But what do flowers actually taste like?

Dew smells like rocket candies, with cherry blossoms adding a powdery sweetness to the baking spice notes of the Montmorency cherries.

Violets play underneath it all somewhere in between woody oak and the plush cherry blossoms. Sweet oak tannins balance the bright acid of our apples.

Dew is silky and fresh—and a delightful look at the flowers in our ecological niche.
