Gossamer is a one-of-a-kind creation by Grape Witches and Revel, an exploration of the nebulous friendship between apples and grapes.

Made from rosé Muscat, a carbonic maceration of Ida Red and Gewürztraminer, Gossamer is the interplay of three wildly aromatic ferments.

What's it like?: Fuzzy peaches and white flowers soaked in Meyer lemonade. As much cider as it is wine, Gossamer is soft, punchy and so, so delicious. Honeyed Gewürtz meets tropical Muscat and cotton candy-like Ida Red.

Like plush silk, Gossamer is what we want to drink all summer long. It's floral, weighty, and perfect for warm summer nights with your best friends. 

With a ton of body from carbonic macerated cider and wine grapes, it's like a big hug for your tongue. Drink Gossamer when you want a sparkling, aromatic orange wine.
