Linen is a a nice little intersection of our two loves: grapes + every other fruit.
(Let's be real, we like most of them).
It's a blend of two barrels of cider aged on blue plums for 7 months. In barrels, Linen rested on Viognier lees (from our ibi project).
Linen drinks like low intervention Cali Chardonnay.
Width built by Viognier, plum skins, and barrel tannins. Soft and only slightly carbonated by design. A perlant* thinker.
Jenna's notes: Stone fruit pie vibes. Except your mom flips the whipped cream for yogurt because she wants you to be healthy. Jerk.
*Perlant is a French term meaning very very very slightly carbonated. This bottle is borderline still, but if you look for it there is the tiniest level of sparkle. We did this on purpose, as it felt like this would complement its beautiful structural body.
