Made with Golden Plums and Yellow Yarrow foraged by, you guessed it, our bud Nicolas Querques. It's been really really fun working with Nick, we've got a few more projects coming up with him in the next few weeks.
Yarrow aroma and flavour is somewhere in between liquorice and mint. The aroma of this cider is freshly chopped fennel and the flavour reminds me of if you made a sun tea with mint and fennel flowers, capped off with crunchy plum skins.
It's a pretty wild ride and one of the most interesting blends of this series in my opinion.
