This version of Ostara was made with 250g/L Golden Plums, completely fermented with the yeast and bacteria native to the fruit and our cidery.
In July, we added fresh Yarrow flowers and leaved, foraged by our friend Nicolas Querques and his family.
Yarrow brings this cider aromas of freshly chopped fennel and mint. Refreshing liquorice character is balanced by crunchy plum skins.
