In the context of this first release of 2020 we felt as though this 2017 Riesling from our earliest winemaking days was important because it showcases what our native yeast can do without grape skin contact. Spontaneously fermented, 9 months in neutral oak. Oz is a single barrel release. 15ppm sulphur at packaging.
Classic old Riesling aromatics, lemon leaf and freshwater rocks. Slight petrol, clean and angular acidity. Will age for years.
