This piquette was made by macerating Seyval Blanc skins in saline Guelph water for just over 24 hours. Zero added sulphites, wild fermentation.
What's it like? This piquette drinks like a cantaloupe and coconut sharing a hammock next to a sunny freshwater ocean. Soft funk brings it all together. So so crushable.
