Soif Spritz is a blend of is a blend of apples, strawberries, cherries and Zweigelt grapes, unpasteurized cider vinegar and mineral rich water.

It's a part of our Wisp lineup - a series of low alcohol blends based on cocktails like the shrub.

What's it like? Soif Spritz is a low abv version of our bestselling bottle Soif. Think of it like a 'Soif piquette'.

The addition of cider vinegar and water from our local aquifer has softened the berries, making them taste as if we put them through a lacto-fermentation first.

Soif Spritz is big strawberry in the aroma, with soft cherry and grape tannins on your tongue. It's plush and easy, the perfect summer crusher.

3.2% ABV | 355mL

Ingredients: Apples, Grapes, Strawberries, Cherries, Water. Gluten free.

Wild ferment. Zero added sugar. Vegan friendly.

Very tasty!

Loved this drink. The flavour was delicious - a little like kombucha - perfect light / crisp flavour and effervescence. I liked the lighter alcohol content. It did explode a little so be careful when opening.
