This is the first time we have in 6 years.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe’ve paired them with other ephemeral blossoms: dandelions, elderflower and chamomile, which lend perceptual sweetness to the tart, malic stone fruit. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat’s it like?: \u003c\/strong\u003eIt starts with incredibly punchy apricot on the nose. The apricot is so powerful that I have to put it down and smell it again. Each flower is woven underneath, sweet elderflower, perfumed chamomile, and grassy dandelion play just behind the fruit.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe flavour is tart, but not too tart, the apricots softened by the salinity of early season apples.
