Vermouth Soda - Whistling in the Dark
The base for these cans was Whistling in the Dark - a red vermouth we made with apples, cherries, blueberries and De Chaunac grapes. We built a garden behind the cidery and carefully picked a few exciting, seasonal botanicals to add to it.
After making the vermouth we barrel aged it for a few months, and blended it with house-made soda water before putting it into these beautiful cans.
It has the following botanicals: Anise Hyssop, Yarrow, Roman Wormwood, Common Wormwood.
What's it like?: The aroma here is blueberries, cherry leaves and anise with a touch of yarrow. The flavour is stewed berries with a slight sweetness from the fruit. A kiss of wormwood bitterness balances the soda, drying out your mouth in preparation for your next sip. We can't get enough of it.

Vermouth Spritz
Grab a glass and the largest ice cube you can find. Pour soda over it and garnish with a fat slice of orange. Easy as that!
3.5% ABV | 355mL
Ingredients: Apples, Grapes, Cherries, Blueberries, Anise Hyssop, Yarrow, Roman Wormwood, Common Wormwood. Gluten free.
Wild ferment. Zero residual sugar. Vegan.
