Winkle is a blend of De Chaunac and cherry cider, all wild fermented.
What's it like? Winkle starts with aromas of blackberries, cherries and Syrah. Bright acidity, stewed black pepper and deep, rich cherry notes are prevalent throughout. Grape and cherry tannins meld into a singular textural experience.
At the same time, Winkle drinks really easily. It's like a bumbleberry pie, without any of the sugar.
These cans are easy going, made to casually enjoy by yourself or with friends outside. Each can holds 2 generous glasses of wine.
8.2% ABV | 375mL
Ingredients: Apples, grapes, cherries. Gluten free.
Wild ferment. Zero added sugar. Vegan friendly.
Please note!: These cans are sparkling and must be chilled well before opening. We like to think of them as 2-3 glasses of wine each.

This is (literally) more wine than cider and I love it. Cherries and berries with a hint of tart. Jammy without the sugar.

Rouge comme le sang, gros gout de cassis et de framboises noires, petit retour tannique poivré agréable. Puis on embarque sur l’acidité du cidre et le fruité de la pomme et du cassis qui complètent parfaitement le profil vineux

Beautiful colour. Very seasonal! Pleasantly tart, quite an acidic finish. Might save this to cut through the roast beast later on.
