A piquette made from wild apples, pears and Seyval Blanc grapes.

Piquette is an historical beverage—a small (low abv) wine made from grape skins and water.

After pressing our wild foraged apples and pears (from about 50 different trees) we soaked them in mineral rich Guelph water with Seyval Blanc grapes for a week before pressing again. 

Before bottling we added a splash of Seyval Blanc wine for balance. This blend is saline with a touch of funk and delightful cantaloupe aromas.

5.6% ABV | 750mL

Ingredients: Apples, pears, grapes, water. Gluten free.

Wild ferment. Zero residual sugar. Vegan. Drink fresh.
