Dottie is skin contact Gewürztraminer, harvested in 2020 in Niagara-on-the-Lake and fermented on skins for 2 weeks.

We let it age in bottle for a full 2 years before release, to let the aromas meld and sing.

What's it like? Dottie smells like peach Hi-chew candies, and milk Oolong. It tastes like honey, jasmine and linden flower tea. It's silky and low acid, the kind of wine that's really easy to drink really fast.

While 2020 was a difficult year for the world, it was an amazing year for Niagara grapes. Aged to perfection, Dottie is a little kiss from that tumultuous time.
