A direct press co-ferment of 75% L'Acadie Blanc from Clarksburg and 25% Seyval Blanc from PEC.

What's it like? From Drea: This is a young wine from 2025 and it has the energy of 3 wines put together. I love hybrids at this age - they bring so much light and bounciness early in their lifespan. It's a hazy white bottled with lees that bring a lot of texture to the golden/green salty wine. I think this is a great food wine, but I also think it would crush as a cocktail wine if things get really hot again. 0/0 cuvee
