We're currently hiring for the following positions:

Bartender/Server (part-time)

We’re looking for a curious, enthusiastic, and hospitality-minded person to join our small but mighty tasting room team.

Depending on the day, you might be guiding someone through their first taste of Revel, helping a customer choose a bottle to take home, making cocktails behind the bar, or helping bring an event to life.

We’re looking for someone who wants to go beyond simply serving and selling drinks and become an expert in the ciders, wines, and vermouths we make. You’ll learn how our products are made, what makes each one unique, and how to confidently share that knowledge with our customers in an engaging and approachable way.

This is a great role for someone who loves variety, enjoys connecting with people, and can move comfortably between a relaxed afternoon in the tasting room and a fast-paced event on a busy evening.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to Revel and introduce them to our ciders, wines, vermouths, and cocktails
• Develop a deep knowledge of Revel’s products and production methods, and share that knowledge with customers in an engaging way
• Guide customers through tastings and help them discover products they’ll love
• Create a warm, inviting environment and provide an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and light snacks
  
• Assist customers with purchases in our bottle shop
• Help set up, run, and break down public and private events
• Adapt to the pace and needs of each shift, from relaxed tasting room service to busy event service
• Complete opening and closing duties, including general cleaning and maintaining an organized space
• Work collaboratively with the team and troubleshoot issues as they arise

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Enthusiastic, personable, and genuinely enjoys  talking to people
• Curious and excited to learn about cider, wine, vermouth, cocktails, and how they’re made
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment
• Organized, reliable, and able to stay calm when things get busy
  
• A strong team player who is willing to jump in wherever they’re needed
• Confident using good judgment and troubleshooting on the spot
• Experienced in hospitality and comfortable providing thoughtful, attentive service
  

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience working in hospitality or food and beverage
• Valid Smart Serve certification
• Food Handler certification is an asset
• Knowledge of wine, cider, vermouth, and cocktails is an asset—but a willingness to learn is just as important
  

Compensation:
$18/hour + gratuity

Delivery Driver & Cidery Hand

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable person to join our team as a Delivery Driver & Cidery Hand. This is a hands-on role that combines customer-facing delivery work with a variety of important tasks that keep our production facility and tasting room running smoothly. The position is available starting in mid October, with an average work week of 30–40 hours.

Job Description:

The most essential component of this job is delivery. We deliver to customers and wholesale partners in Toronto, Guelph, and surrounding areas 2–3 days per week.
Delivery days can be long and busy. You’ll be spending a lot of time on the road, navigating traffic and parking, carrying cases and kegs, and communicating with customers throughout the day. Being organized, patient, friendly, and comfortable working independently is critical. Things don’t always go exactly according to plan, so being able to problem-solve calmly and keep things moving is a big part of the job.
When you’re not delivering, you’ll be part of the day-to-day work at the cidery, helping with everything from keeping the warehouse organized to picking up supplies and supporting our production team.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering cases of cider to residential and business customers throughout Toronto, Guelph, and surrounding areas
• Following GPS directions and using our route optimization software, Routific
  
• Communicating with customers by phone and text to resolve delivery questions or issues
• Loading and unloading the delivery vehicle throughout the day
• Picking up fruit from Niagara and surrounding areas as needed
• Fueling the delivery vehicle at the end of shifts as required
• Picking up supplies and materials for our production facility and tasting room
• Helping keep the warehouse clean, organized, and tidy
  
• Packing customer orders and providing general logistics support
• Processing fruit
• Washing kegs
• Helping keep supplies and other materials stocked
• Providing hands-on support to our production team as needed
• Taking on other day-to-day tasks that help keep the cidery running smoothly

We’re a small team, so flexibility is important. Some days might involve a full day of deliveries, while others may have you working alongside the production team, organizing the warehouse, running errands, or helping wherever you're needed most.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Organized and able to manage a busy day independently
• A confident problem solver who can adapt when plans change
• Comfortable spending long days driving and working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable driving a large Sprinter-style delivery van, including in busy city traffic
• Comfortable using Google Maps and route-planning technology
• A clear and professional communicator, both in person and over the phone
• Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 90 lbs
• Valid driver's licence
• Clean driving record
• Valid Smart Serve certificate, or willingness to obtain one before your start date
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Forklift operating experience is an asset
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an asset
• Delivery or commercial driving experience is an asset
• Familiarity with Toronto and surrounding areas is an asset
  

Compensation: $24/hour.
