We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Tasting Room & Bar Manager

Location: On-site at our cidery on Dawson Road

Position: 30-40 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced bar manager to lead our front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, and contribute to a creative cocktail program that showcases Revel's ciders, wines and vermouths.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of the tasting room/bar and bottle shop
• Hire, train and schedule front-of-house staff
• Foster a positive, knowledgeable, and service-focused working environment
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high hospitality standards
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Oversee opening and closing duties, cash handling, and daily reporting
  
• Collaborate with the production, events, and leadership teams on new releases and special events
• Cocktail development that showcases Revel's ciders, wines, vermouths and other fortified products
  

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory or management experience in a bar, restaurant, winery, cidery, brewery, or hospitality setting
• Experience with cocktail recipe development
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of cider, wine, vermouth, and wild fermentation is a strong asset
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed
• Smart Serve certification
