A collaboration with our friends, the Grape Witches.

The best ideas, like the best friendships, are often easy.

I've been friends with the Grape Witches for the better part of a decade now, so when they asked to come blend with me, of course I said yes.

Chambarine feels like it encapsulates the pure joy that is hanging with them: the giggle of plump nectarines, the wit of tart apples, and the resilience of a (new-to-us) hybrid grape—Chambourcin.

What's it like? It's supple, juicy and truly unlike anything we've made before. Nectarines are captured at their very best here, the grapes whispering sweet nothings over top; breath tinted with blackberries and blue plums.

It's the deep comfort of snowflakes falling gently on the ground, the sun reflecting off a foggy window. It's the joy of life, captured in our own little snow globe.
