Estrella is our take on the sidra natural we fell in love with in Spain. 

It's meant to be poured from a height, as they do in the Basque region.

Pouring from a height lifts aromas and softens mouthfeel, enhancing the fruit character and adding a little foamy texture all at once.

Estrella is still, not sparkling—like traditional Sidra Natural.

What's it like? Approachable and saline, with a kiss of crabapple aroma. Estrella has bright apple and lemon peel notes in the glass, with a subtle earthiness from the crabapples. Restrained apple tannins keep us coming back for more.

How to pour it: To enjoy this cider, remove the cork and reinsert partially. It's now a spout! Long pour to your heart's content. Check out the pictures for proper pouring technique.
