Good Evening is a blend of tannic cider, skin contact Riesling and honeycomb.

What's it like?: Yellow flowers and petrichor and wet clay in your nose. Sweet honey and russeted apple skins in your mouth.

This vintage is a mix of culinary apples and skin fermented Riesling, aged on the lees of Roxbury and Reinette Russet.
