Soif is a blend of two spontaneously fermented ciders, aged on cherries and strawberries respectively. We then added about one tonne of Foch skins. Soif is a red fruit bonanza in every sense of the word.

Cabernet Franc and Montmorency Cherries meld into a plush texture. Strawberry aromas take the lead, and the fruit acids are bright and zippy.

Soif is easy. A thirst quencher; a glugger; a quaffable refresher.
