Adora is Blaufränkish, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin. 

The Blaufränkish is from 2020, Cabernet Franc and Chambourcin from 2024. Each was grown in Niagara, fermented in stainless steel by the native yeast on the fruit, and bottled by us.

It smells like honeycomb, ripe nectarines and white raspberries. Gentle acid and tannic flowers sit in a circle on your tongue. Adora is everything I love about red wine.

What's it like? Adora smells like clouds of mulberry, like the petrichor of a world where the only rain was mulberry juice. It tastes like dragonfruit, nightshade oils, cream and blackcurrant jam. It’s incredibly juicy, with enough structure from the Cab Franc to lend it to food pairings.
