Morning Mist is a blend of old and new world apples, hailing from America, Normandy and the U.K.

It's a blend of Morning Mist, Tolman Sweet, Haralson, Alkmene, Stokes Red, Grimes Golden, Freedom, Roxbury and Reinette Russet (all grown in Ontario of course).

We pressed them together and let them age in bottle for one long year.

What's it like?: This blend is delicate. We smell yellow apple skins, green wheat and dried honeycomb. Morning Mist is rich in aroma, but restrained in flavour. Kind of like actual morning mist.

In my head, it's the introvert of ciders. At 8.2%, it has just enough weight to be wine-like—like Chenin Blanc if you squint hard enough.
