We decided to keg a little bit of our Ostara cider. It's a wild fermented apple cider, aged on golden plums for 8 months.

What's it like? Bright and refreshing, it's bursting with stone fruit aromatics and freshwater minerality.

Zippy plum acidity evolves into a plush creamy texture with the slightest plum stone tannins.
