Sonata is the Montmorency cherry at its finest. We add whole cherries to our cider, stones and all.

After five months of maceration we're left with cherry blaster fruit and grippy tannins, interwoven with sweet almond. 

Sonata is like cycling through the park with childhood friends, when life was less complicated. Beautiful in its simplicity: apple and cherry with the aromatics of our native microflora.
