About the aperitifs:

Nocino: Our foraged black walnut liqueur, made from black walnuts, cabernet franc, apples, cherries and strawberries. We added nepitella, sweet and citrus gem marigolds, birch bark, yarrow, and dandelion for bitterness and aroma.

The chocolate and vanilla notes of the walnuts come first, sweet anise and minty nepitella arrive shortly after. Yarrow and dandelion play on the finish, citrus and delicate bitterness accentuated by soft walnut tannins. 

Like all vermouth, refrigerate after opening and finish within 30 days. Sediment is normal.

21% ABV | 200mL

The Space Between Words: is a sweet, red vermouth made from a base of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vidal, De Chaunac, apples, cherries, and blackcurrants. The botanicals here are lavender, lemon verbena, juniper, wormwood and French sorrel.

Anise-y wormwood takes the lead on the nose, with lavender and lemon verbena as secondary notes. Each wine grape lends their own unique fruitiness, from tropical lychee, to tannic currants, to spiced cherries.

Like all vermouth, refrigerate after opening and finish within 30 days. Sediment is normal.
