Cherry Wine is a feather in our cap: some of the nicest juice from one of our favourite fruits.

We get our Montmorency cherries in from Vineland, Niagara, just hours after they've been picked.

This year we left the juice on skins for 72 hours before decanting it into a stainless tank. We then let it spontaneously ferment and rest for 2 month in puncheon before bottling it as is—pure Montmorency cherry wine, nothing added nothing removed.

What's it like? Bright acidity, savoury fruit with juicy tannins.

The vibe of this wine is summer cherry pie, with a dusting of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and a mint leaf garnish.

It's incredibly easy drinking—like if Beaujolais Nouveau was made with cherries instead of grapes. Drink it on it's own before dinner, or by the fire afterwards with a good book.
