Whimsy Noir is a perry with black currants and Morello cherries.

Pears are a near perfect fruit.

Fruity/fresh with perceptual sweetness and a twinkle of acidity, they’re a gorgeous base for our other local red fruits—in this bottle: black currants and Morello cherries.

Unlike Montmorency cherries, Morellos are ‘teinturier’ or red fleshed. Anthocyanins bleeding into the core of the fruit lend colour and a delicious concentration of black cherry notes.

What's it like? Sturdy dark cherry aromas are layered between the vanilla and wildflower notes of the blackcurrants.

Pear sugars lift the juiciest parts of each red fruit, giving this perry a delightful bounce on your tongue. Currants take this a touch further, with textural tannins layered on top.

It's rosé done so, so right.
