Sugar Bush is a maple, birch and sea salt sparkling water.

Drea lovingly refers to it as "The Champagne of Trees" as it looks and feels like Champagne in a wine glass, which she recommends you drink it out of. The dark maple syrup comes from her hometown in the Rideau Lakes and is made by Gunnebrooke farms.

What's it like? From Drea: "I am so lucky that they are willing to sell me the super dark syrup - it's the most precious grade to those who make it. The birch bark and birch leaf are extracted in tinctures and blended into the salted soda. Birch bark has an amazing cola/menthol flavour while the birch leaf is super fruity. They both add a bit of spice to this version. This is my personal favourite seasonal soda that I make"
